Ground Floor rooms have Queen and/or Single Beds. These rooms are perfect for twin share. Some ground floor rooms have inter-connecting doors to allow bigger familles to have an extended, joined access without leaving the front door.

BALCONY ROOMS
Our balcony rooms are popular with business travellers and leisure guests seeking extra comforts. Enjoy filtered sea-breeze and glimpses of the Rosebud foreshore and you will soon be tempted to take the short stroll to the beach to watch the magnificent sunset over the Mornington peninsula beaches. There are various bed options; so let us know when you book about your specific requirements.

TWO BEDROOM FAMILY UNIT
The 2 Bedroom Family Suite sleeps 4. Perfect for families or a group of close friends, the two bedroom suite provides you & your guests with a lovely environment to relax when you’re away from home. The large bathroom has a spa that will easily fit two people for a nice spa bath before bed.
